The Cumberland/Galleria market, anchored by Galleria at the convergence of I-285 and I-75, is now home to the Atlanta Braves and SunTrust Park.  This submarket, comprised of 17 million square feet of office space, also includes Vinings and is a corporate hub and job center for heavy hitters like The Home Depot, Genuine Parts Company, GE Energy, Travelport, and The Weather Company.

The Northwest market is inclusive of Marietta, Kennesaw, and Acworth in Cobb County and Canton, Woodstock, Holly Springs, and Ball Ground in Cherokee County.

Canton is one of the few cities in Georgia with two opportunity zones, including all 700+ acres of The Bluffs and much of the old Canton Cotton Textile Mills area. This means businesses that create two or more full-time jobs are eligible to receive a State income tax credit.
